✦ Request & Payment:
▹ The client can request their commission directly from me or via VGen.
▹ Payments will only be accepted via PayPal or Stripe.
╰ Note that if you place your order directly, are resident in Spain and wish to pay by PayPal no fees will be included in the invoice (unless the customer requests it for more protection).
▹ You can request your commission for a specific date and add priority to my work list as long as you pay the corresponding extra fee.
▹ The invoice will be sent to the customer 1 or 2 weeks before I start the order.
▹After the invoice is sent, the client will have 10 days to make the payment or contact me in case they need more time to pay or want to cancel the commission.
▹ If payment is not made and contact is not possible, the request will be cancelled.✦ Refunds & Cancellations:
▹ If your commission is not started, you can request a cancellation or refund.
╰ I will not be responsible for possible currency exchange fees, so you may receive a little less money !
▹After payment has been made and your commission has been started I will not accept cancellations or refunds, unless I as the artist am unable to perform and/or progress the commission for any reason.
▹ If it's a commission with payment in instalments, the full payment has not yet been made and I, as an artist, have not yet finished the work, it is possible to cancel.
The use of my own ideas or work done so far will be forbidden, as well as I will not deliver any original files.✦ As a client you commit to...
▹ Putting credits when you upload the artwork to social media.
╰ You can do it with a tag or by putting the credits on the edit you make somewhere. Thanks for supporting my work !
▹ Be responsible with your order: answering the messages I send you related to your commission and giving the corresponding feedback.
▹ Don't EDIT, TRACE or MODIFY the final artwork or removing the sign.
▹ Don't SELL or MAKE MERCHANDISE with it. Consult with me beforehand.
▹ Don't use the artwork to develop IAs systems and promote art theft.
▹ Don't use the artwork in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency...
▹ Don't add pressure or be annoying with your commission, you can ask but be aware that I'll contact you when necessary.
▹ Please maintain a client-artist relationship, if we aren't friends don't force another kind of relationship. It puts me in a very awkward situation !✦ As an artist I commit to...
▹ Use my rights to the artwork only for advertising/portfolio purposes.
▹ Keep your commission private if you wish.
╰ Tell me in advance so you can pay a fee to keep your commission completely private.
▹ Always have a good communication with my clients by the selected way (VGen or Discord). Notifying throughout the process of important things and sending progress when appropriate.
▹ Do my best to make sure that you're happy with your commission, otherwise I'll try to find a solution or make the appropriate adjustments.
▹ Keep my Trello and Discord server updated with important news and client commissions status.
▹ Refuse a commission if necessary, for example, due to schedule incompatibility and/or I feel the request doesn't fit my artistic style.
▹ Terms and conditions may be changed without notice. If I've accepted your request before making any changes, your commission will not be affected.
