・° ✦ Read carefully before commissioning:By commissioning you agree to the terms of service I set forth below in the following sections:▹ Any breach of the rules by either the customer (or the person receiving the gift) will be blocked in the networks and added to the blacklist. In some cases depending on the non-compliance you may have to pay 50% or 100% of the final commission price extra.▹ As an artist, I've all rights to the artwork for advertising/portfolio purposes.
▹ If you don't want the commission uploaded to my social media or share the process, tell me in advance.
▹ Putting credits when you upload the artwork to social media is mandatory. You can do it with a tag or by putting the credits on the edit you make somewhere. Thanks for supporting my work!
▹ I reserve the right to refuse a commission if necessary, for example, due to schedule incompatibility and/or I feel the request doesn't fit my artistic style.
▹ Terms and conditions may be changed without notice. If I've accepted your request before making any changes, your commission will not be affected.
▹ For NSFW commissions you have to be over 18 years old. In case I see it necessary, I can request a document to see if you are of legal age.・° ✦ Therefore, it is NOT allowed:
▹ EDIT, TRACE or MODIFY the final artwork. That includes removing the sign.
▹ SELL or MAKE MERCHANDISE with it. Cconsult with me beforehand.
▹ Use the artwork in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency . . .
▹ Use the artwork to develop IAs systems and promote art theft.

I finally bring you the updates ♥✦ I'll add the option to buy commercial rights for merch, but it will depend on the client, the product you want to prepare and the base price/type of commission.✦ Loyalty cards are now available from October. Commissions will be counted from 1 January 2024 and you'll be assigned a basic, regular or vip card type depending on the commissions you've with me.
